Cancellation Policy

Treatment times and services are reserved especially for you. Notice is required if you must cancel your appointment. We have had a lot of cancellations over the last two years and this has caused us some headaches.

Last minute cancellations and no-shows leave Heather & Kenzie with empty appointment times that we often cannot fill. This means we may have turned away other clients that could have enjoyed those appointments.

Due to this, clients that do not honor their scheduled appointment times will be subject to the following:

◼ We now require 48 hours notice for cancellation of your appointment. Failure to do so will result in a charge of 50% of service(s) costs.

◼ If you are booking online, you will now require a credit card to book. You WILL NOT be charged a fee upfront, it is just to hold your appointment time. If you do not cancel your appointment within the allotted time, or do not show up for your appointment, your card will be charged 50% of your booked service(s).

◼ Although our Consults are FREE, and we intend on keeping them that way, there will be a $50 charge for cancellations (under 48 hours) and no-shows.

We hope that you understand, and respect this new policy. Heather & Kenzie love what they do and their time is important and we want to ensure that we can service as many clients as possible.
